Fairfield by Marriott Wilkes-Barre

It was very pleasant a the stay and room very clean and all the staff are amazing , there is a special lady who works in the breakfast area her name is mrs Lee, she is the best of the best, very diligent and goes the extra mile to provide excellent service to all the guests , seen her how she greet every single person in the breakfast area and she made sure we were all good , I can not complaint about anything, I loved this hotel and I will come back and I will reffer to all Y families and friends when we come back to Wilkes barre, we will defenetely stay at this hotel

The bed was very comfy. The room was a very large room with a refrigerator and a microwave. The motel is also close to a convince store as well as a restaurant. We went to go to some of wilkes barres state parks and the Fairfield by marriot was very close to 3 of them.

Breakfast was great and very appreciated.

The 2nd shift manager was absolutely wonderful. I had come in nearly in tears from a horrible experience at a nearby hotel. She was so helpful and absolutely made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. I will definitely come back! Breakfast was great!! So much to choose from and easily available.

Breakfast options were good Romm while booking through booking.com was just a double bed but we needed an extra sofa bed which the hotel accommodated with no extra charge. Friendly and courteous staff
